Nicky Croft Seventies Warehouse

In other news, myself and Pete tried to go riding last night, but everything was against us - rain, trains, punctures. So we gave up and took a stroll home via the pub and Nando's. Yee.

Grimsby Street
No, not the courts and Do-It-All wallride. I saw a street near Brick Lane in East London (famous for being full of caunts) and it's name was Grimsby Street. Not sure why someone has written R.I.P underneath though, maybe they have been to GY, haaaa. That's it.
Oh actually, Dan Cook and Carl Littleman from Hull are at mine at present. They flew back in from a 5 month trip around Canada and the USA. It was well mint by all accounts! They are feeling it though being back in this shitty cold wet weather - having been in Austin for the last 6 weeks...

Turndowns
I like turndowns, and it's a good job because i can't do f*ck all else. Here is a post I saw on the Profile site about that very stunt. I remember the first time i saw a photo of a turndown, it was at some old Hoffman BS contest i think and was shot from behind. It took me about 5 minutes of staring to work out what the hell was going on.

The Historic Harrow skatepark in London has long gone right? I read it in Ride, its been demolished. Think again, and have a closing jam... again. There's rumours of a jam there this weekend. Saturday is bike day, Sunday is JCB jam day. See you sunday!

Useless Caunt
Ok, I forgot to renew the domain name, so that would explain why the site has been down for a few days. Useless.
It's been nice in London this past weekend, but didn't get any riding done because a Moroccan pancake gave me food poisoning. Did get a session in last week at the bowl, with a good number wednesday club atendees showing up. Pete even rode his bike - check out the union site for proof of that one.
Oh yeah, a full dvd from the Levis team is free with the next issue of Dig. Not sure when it's out but look out for it because it should be pretty baked spud. (ok that was crap rhyming slang... I meant good)

Got up at two in the morning to watch BMX racing live on BBC. Hoped Shanaze Reade would win gold for GB, then she crashed on the last berm trying to overtake the French chick. BMX is getting some massive publicity!

No news is good news? Well no, not on a website, no news means nothing to read, so whoever came up with that saying is wrong.
Not much been happening this way, rode the bowl last night with Chris G - who has recently stopped having to pretend that he likes skateboarding, now that he is the Art Editor at Ride. Be sure to pick up the new issue when it comes out, with a new look that Goz won't like "f*cking text is too small". Anyway, i did a lookback and nearly hit the head of one of the local Portuguese skateboard kids with my back end. To which he shouted "racist" - don't understand that one...
Tom O'Boyle is currently on a Bicycle Union trip around Europe, as Orlando's 'special guest', that lad gets around a bit.
I'm still living the dream as it were, or as Pete kindly pointed out "the Grimsby nightmare" - Sold my fast car, moved to that London, work in an office, live in a house with some with Asians, live with some gays and am coupled up with another ethnic... So, suffice to say that I shall not be back in GY anytime soon, for fear that i will receive a shoeing.
